What is good coffee? 

Good coffee is all in the eyes of the cup holder (beholder). We think good coffee is aromatic, rich, and balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste. Good coffee flavour really depends on the type of bean and roast.

We find high quality specialty beans, grown in ideal conditions and carefully selected for quality. We source from unique origins and terroir - this simply means the region, soil, climate and altitude. These choices impact the coffee when it finally reaches your cup. Our meticulous processing and roasting enables us to highlight these characteristics. 

How does Gary taste? 

Gary is a man for all seasons. He’s fruity and floral without parading around in a Hawaiian shirt, and he’s nutty and chocolatey without always being draped in black.
